Our internal Human Capital Department plays an active role in the implementation of the firm's strategic objectives and contributes to maintaining our position as Greece's leading professional services firm by being an employer of choice. Our team is growing, and is currently looking for a Human Capital Business Partner to contribute to our people's agenda.

Examples of tasks you will work on as part of the team:
* Works with the Business Unit leadership team to understand their goals and challenges, in order to define the key interventions that will make the biggest positive impact to our business and people
* Uses People Analytics to proactively maintain a healthy turnover/hire rate, anticipate trends - Leverage data to inform decision-making and measure the impact of HR programs and initiatives, continuously iterating and refining our approach based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.
* Identifies opportunities for skill development and career advancement, working closely with Team Leaders and Employees to create development plans that support both individual growth and organizational success.
* Executes key HR processes, including workforce planning, performance & talent management, recognition schemes
* Stays up-to-date on relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring that our policies and practices are in compliance and proactively mitigating risks related to employee relations and legal matters
* Remains in touch through focus groups, 1:1s and pulse surveys - design and implement initiatives that enhance the employee experience at every stage of the employment lifecycle

What we are looking for:
* Four (4) to six (6) years of relevant experience in HR as an HR Business Partner
* Previous experience in a professional services/consulting environment will be considered an asset
* Excellent academic background from a Greek or foreign University (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
* Project Management skills, including developing project plans, budgets, and deliverable schedules
* Strong analytical skills: proven ability to use key HR Analytics to enable talent development strategies
* Military obligations fulfilled
