About the role

We're looking for a Senior Finance Analyst - Tax to safeguard our financial practice with vigilance and strategic insight. You'll be more than just a number-cruncher; you'll be a financial gatekeeper for (COMPANY NAME), ensuring that we not only stay ahead in compliance but also capitalise on opportunities to craft a stronger, more profitable future. Your expertise in tax laws and proactive approach will guide us through the complexities of tax regulations, turning challenges into strategic advantages.

Your responsibilities

* He/ She is going to be the main interlocutor for the category for any finance information, which includes: Net Revenue, marketing costs, product costs, operational margin.
* The Finance Category Manager PT Health & Hygiene is responsible to prepare the reports of his/her function, analyse the data and provide insights to business teams. Importance on ensuring that the brands team have best in class knowledge and ownership of their financials.
* However, as main interlocutor of the category, he / she must clarify all the doubts and perform ad-hoc analysis according to the business needs.
* He / she must meet regularly with the brand teams to share analysis, reports and reviews. Brand performance reviews will take place monthly, where he/she needs to explain the performance. It is also going to be key in this role challenging the brand teams with the aim of improving the brands' team knowledge and financial performance and providing a full picture analysis on a continuous basis.
* Exercise control and provide monthly status of Balance Sheet accounts related with Marketing.
* He / she must act as a key player in the Planning and Forecasting process, playing and active role and collaborating with the different stakeholders.
* Execute monthly and year-end closing activities. Investigate any deviation from the PL/Forecast. RESP 1: add detailed tasks

The experience we're looking for

- Proven expertise in audit, financial accounting, or corporate finance within dynamic business environments.
-The business language in (COMPANY NAME) is English; therefore fluency in this language is essential. Fluency in other languages is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of tax law and compliance, coupled with the ability to apply this knowledge in a business context.
- Skilled in building relationships and effectively communicating to influence across all levels of the organisation.
- A forward-thinking, global outlook with the ability to deliver results under pressure.
- A results-driven approach with a track record of using analytical skills to improve business processes
