Salary: From £50,400 per annum + up to 10% bonus, car allowance, private medical insurance + other excellent benefits

The Technical Business Analyst is accountable for leading the delivery and implementation of complex, cross-functional business change across ScottishPower, supporting the growth and scaling of our broadband business.
Operating at the heart of Operations, this role ensures that new capabilities, processes and products are successfully mobilised, implemented and embedded into live environments, delivering sustainable value while maintaining high standards of customer experience, regulatory compliance and operational stability.
Acting as a subject matter expert in broadband operations, you will provide strategic input across service provisioning, order management, fault resolution, customer journeys and system interactions.
You will ensure that change initiatives are practical, scalable and aligned with both business objectives and customer needs.
What you'll be doing
As a senior leader, you will drive implementation planning, governance, stakeholder engagement and risk management across multiple functions, enabling innovation and ensuring the successful delivery of transformational initiatives
* Defining and continuously improving end-to-end retail business processes, with a strong focus on customer outcomes and experience
* Performing deep-dive analyses to identify issues, quantify impacts and determine root causes across operational processes
* Designing and implementing automation solutions to increase process efficiency, reduce manual effort and improve quality
* Developing and maintaining end-to-end reporting and dashboards, providing actionable insights to support decision-making
* Leading the adoption and effective use of cutting-edge technologies, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of innovation
* Building and managing strong relationships with third-party partners, ensuring alignment and successful delivery of process outcomes
* Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across Customer Business, operations and technology teams to drive continuous improvement
* Prioritising initiatives based on business impact, customer benefit and operational efficiency
* Communicating complex findings, proposals and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership
What you'll bring
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience
* Extensive experience of business development
* Experience of delivering technical solutions
* Previous experience as a data analyst in complex environments.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable
* Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar technical field of study
* Knowledge and understanding of the UK Energy Retail Market, preferably from working in the utilities sector
* Knowledge of AWS technologies
* Experience of SQL, SAP, Python, Power BI
