Eva Hlaváčová leads the Employee Central & Compensation team for SAP SuccessFactors. She dedicates her professional life to the implementation of HR systems for Czech and international clients. When she's not at work, she likes skiing, yoga and books.

Job description & summary

Are you looking to grow your career in HR IT and deepen your expertise in HR processes and cloud-based HR systems? Do you enjoy working with modern HR technologies and supporting organizations in transforming the way they manage their people? We are looking for a specialist with experience in SAP SuccessFactors to join our global team. In this role, you will collaborate with experienced consultants and solution architects on projects for local and international clients. You will work closely with HR stakeholders to design processes, configure and implement SuccessFactors modules, and support successful go-lives. You will leverage your analytical, communication, and organizational skills daily while expanding your hands-on experience with HR systems and HR processes.

Requirements of the role

* Interest in new technology trends and HRIT solutions.
* Knowledge and interest in HR processes, HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, SmartRecruiters. Practical admin or key user experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Talent modules, Learning Management, SmartRecruiters and/or Data Migration is an advantage
* Willingness to implement new IT solutions.
* Analytical thinking.
* Fluent in Czech and English, German is an advantage.
* Willingness for ad-hoc international traveling.
* Ability to collaborate with clients and communicate technical topics in a business-friendly way.
* University degree.
