Overall
BME is a leading University and from my experience what I’ve seen that makes it so exceptional is the teachers in the relationship they have with your students represent the courses in the way that the students will comprehend no matter how hard that they are they are always there in helpful. The students of course I would be supportive of one another. My classmates made my time in Hungary. Amazing we went from just waiting together and Projects to be coming really good friends and supporting one another through thick and thin. The compass and its facilities. For my internship, I had to ask my professor who taught mean machine design. He was very kind and willing to help me and my friend start our internship and finish it for the Internship. We worked on final element problems and writing reports and also helping and learning how to create tutorials for the next coming class. My internship experience is truly amazing and I appreciate the support that I received.

Overall
I had the privilege of pursuing my higher education at Budapesti Múszaki és Gazdaságtudoményi Egyetem, which is an institution that has consistently demonstrated its commitment to academic excellence and holistic student development. As a graduate of Regional and Environmental Economic Studies with Masters Degree, I am excited to share my experiences and insights into the university.
The university's reputation for providing quality education is well-deserved. The faculty members are knowledgeable, approachable, and dedicated to fostering a dynamic learning environment. The curriculum strikes an effective balance between theoretical concepts and practical application, preparing students to excel in the ever-evolving business landscape.
The university offers a range of internationally-focused programs and encourages cultural diversity. The exposure to various perspectives has not only broadened my horizons but has also equipped me to thrive in multicultural professional settings. Bme offers a vibrant student life that extends beyond academics. The campus is a hub of diverse extracurricular activities, clubs, and events that cater to a wide range of interests. This not only helped me strike a balance between academics and leisure but also facilitated valuable networking opportunities.

Before you came to Budapest try to contact someone already studying there, It will be easy for you to manage your first semester without any problem. Such as finding accomodation, shopping centers etc.

My stay in Budapest has been an interesting one, really. Never been outside of my home country but the chance to come over to a different society, meet people of different culture was too good an opportunity to turn down.

Overall
I have found that really interesting. Challenging a bit in a sense, it is different way of teaching or method of teaching to what I have been used to though out my Educational life. I do find that very interesting and I couldn't be happier for this opportunity, where I have a chance to really improve myself in my field of studies and see how I can use that to impact society around me.

Giorgi C
Hungary, Undergraduate
Mathematics, 2023
Overall
The mathematics program is challenging and covers a wide range of topics, which improves motivation to learn. Professors are very skilled and convey complex ideas well.
The campus is lovely and creates a good study environment.
The only issue is the lack of events for international students.

Housing
Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Independently - My choice
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why?
The dormitories are too cramped and unhomely to live in for a whole year. I prefer the space, flexibility and comfort afforded by an apartment.

Personal comments
The university provided accommodation is incredibly cheap and very well located. The downsides are that it is usually dirty and very cramped. You are almost certain to have to share with between one and three other people. I would certainly recommend moving into the university dormitories to begin with as this is a very good way to meet people, and then , if you prefer, finding an apartment.
