A great university that allows for so much self-development and opportunities
Tammie T
United Kingdom,
Language, 2025
Overall
I am currently enrolled in a joint honours degree within the Modern Languages department. It has been such a confidence building experience and I have a lot of support within the department and university-wide. Lecturers and seminar leaders are very knowledgeable and supportive, always encouraging students to take up opportunities outside of their course.

Overall
I would highly recommend Cardiff university to any aspiring students. Academically, the University constantly strives for excellence, and throughout your studies, they constantly assist you in performing at the best of your ability. The staff are very helpful and understanding and are always kind and positive. The student life in Cardiff is also outstanding, with many different social groups and societies, there really is something for everyone.

Good Uni, great city
Sam B
United Kingdom, Undergraduate
Engineering, Mechanical, 2022
Overall
Very nice university with a good feel to it. The Engineering department is very supportive with good facilities and research. In terms of the quality of the course there are better alternatives with similar entry requirements like Loughborough but the experience you have a Cardiff will fantastic! Would highly recommend.
