The housing was ok, it was good because a lot of students lived there and therefore you have a lot of social contacts. But it was too expensive compared with the comfort they offered.

there are some hints provided by the university, but the main challenge is at youself, influenced by the reason that there is no students hostel

The housing at university is correct but too expensive for what is offered in my oppinion. And the prices next are significantly going to increase.

living with falily has some disadvantages as you have to adapt to them, dont have absolute freedom, because you dont live alone

there is no housing proveded, you have to look for that yourself, thou university staff gives some useful contacts and addresses

Why?
Because despite it was not so clean, I met very friendly housemates and its location was pretty good. Moreover I spent most time at the University, if you are an Erasmus student you don't really care about your room.
