Housing
Type of housing: Off campus residence
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: Off campus residence
Why?
Despite its faults, the residences managed by the Association d'Entraide Universitaire have a great atmosphere and are a fantastic way to get to know people from all over.

Personal comments
Like all universities in the area, IESEG is too small to have on-campus housing. If you want to live with other students in a res setting, the AEU is your best bet. Apply early.

Housing
Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Independently - My choice
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why?
I enjoy having my own personal space where I can live independently. When using university housing, it is difficult to have out-of-town guests stays with you. Having people over for dinner can be quite confining.

If returning, I would choose: the same residence
Why?
It was small compared to the price but it was very close to school and we had good contact with other students (French+ exchange).

Housing
Type of housing: On campus
Arranged by: Home university
If returning, I would choose: On campus
Why?
I would definitely go with living on campus in residence. I had a great time, I became friends with lots of other international students as well as some French students.

I stayed at the Valentine Charrondière and it was the best residence ever! Although you have to share a kitchen and breakfast room with 100 other residents, the atmosphere is very warm and fun. Also, it's located in a very central area, close to IESEG as well as other schools.

The actual rooms in halls weren't bad at all, but there were too many rules e.g. no alcohol, no noise after 10, no visitors after 11pm etc.
