Sweden is more expensive than Italy. Life is more frenetic here, because you want to do as many things as you can. This imply a great expense.

The Nations were the best place to go out: with good prices, a lot of students...
The same for the cafés.
Places not to be missed: Of course, Stockholm a really nice city and other places such as Kiruna where you can visit the icehotel and do dogsledging
