our Missions

As an Analytics Proxy Product Owner, support the creation of new dashboards:
* Work in an Agile/SCRUM methodology.
* Write rigorous User Stories to define KPI and chart requirements.
* Collaborate with developers on these User Stories and test development outputs.
* Liaise with business teams to understand their needs and showcase development results.
* Establish and maintain a prioritized Backlog.
Manage communication with End-user communities:
* Animate data-related Teams communities (co-design, beta-testing, data lovers club).
* Create User Guides for dashboards.
Create presentable analyses and "Talk to Data" using Snowflake technology:
* Get up to speed and master this technology.
* Create data queries.
* Analyze results.
* Engage with users to help them adopt the analyses and integrate their feedback.
As a Project Management Officer on master data projects, support key project phases:
* Participate in all project phases (from business needs assessment to final Go-Live).
* Coordinate activities among various stakeholders (Business teams, IT teams, and Global Data Governance).
* Write and maintain high-quality project documentation.

Some of the skills you will develop in this role:

Agile methodologies, process mapping (translating business needs into user stories and KPIs), data analysis, data literacy (understanding data challenges and communicating effectively about them), data tools management (ServiceNow, Snowflake, PowerBI, Tibco EBX), community and stakeholder management, tailored communication (regular interactions with both technical and business stakeholders), critical thinking (analytical skills and the ability to step back to evaluate needs), prioritization, and collaboration.

Your Profile

* You are a Master's student (Bac+4/5) at an engineering school, university, or specialized school (specializing in Data Analytics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or equivalent), looking for a 12-month apprenticeship.
* You are fluent in English (mandatory). Proficiency in French is a plus.
* You have an AI interest.
* You master at least one data programming language (Python is a plus, or R), have a solid knowledge of SQL, and are familiar with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio). Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and/or Machine Learning libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) is an asset.
* You possess analytical skills, are rigorous, curious, and passionate about solving complex problems using data. Your autonomy, ability to learn quickly, and capability to communicate technical results to non-technical audiences will be key assets.
