The role of Project Associate offers a great opportunity to be part of a winning team and be a strong enabler in shaping the success of our increased focus on Project Logistics. The position will be located in Aarhus and requires to work from the office 5 days a week.

Key responsibilities
As a Project Associate, you will be an integral part of a dedicated team of 110 experienced colleagues in the Maersk Project Logistics product. Our team is committed to providing the highest level of service to our valued customers.

In collaboration with your team, you will play a key role in conceptualizing and implementing custom logistics solutions, overseeing various logistics projects, and contributing to our accelerated growth within our segment.

Your main responsibilities will, among others, be:
- Managing projects and execution with on-site supervision on a global scale.
- Coordination with stakeholders and planning of solutions for our global customers.
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance best practice.
- Create and develop standard operating procedures.
- Willingness and ability to travel to different sites globally to execute projects.

The strong candidate has:
- Some experience in freight forwarding, with a focus on sea freight or road freight. We are glad to consider recent graduates or those with limited experience who bring strong motivation, structure, and willingness to learn.
- Willingness to take ownership and see tasks through to completion.
- Excellent communication skills, including fluency in both written and spoken English.
- An entrepreneurial approach and self-confidence to pursue new best practices.
- A collaborative mindset coupled with a "can-do" attitude.
- A strong desire to excel and be part of a winning team.
