Your Mission

* Define tailored technical solutions for our customers and actively contribute to optimising their processes

* Ensure customer requirements are implemented fully and correctly from a technical perspective

* Support customers, integrators, and partners in the optimal use of our products

* Work closely with various customer-side departments such as engineering, maintenance, purchasing, or quality

* Act as a central technical point of contact for sales, customers, and partners

* Combine application knowledge and technical expertise to develop sustainable solutions

Your Responsibilities

* Support sales teams and partners with technical inquiries and projects

* Develop customer-specific solutions, including technical design, costing, and project planning

* Create technical drawings, layouts, and quotation documentation

* Provide sales support throughout the entire project lifecycle

* Coordinate closely with engineering, operations, and other internal interfaces

* Advise customers and partners on applications and technologies in the field of fluid handling

* Contribute to the further development of products, applications, and go-to-market approaches

Your Profile

* A completed degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification

* At least 2 years of experience in technical sales or sales support, ideally with technically complex products

* Solid knowledge of pump technology, process engineering, or fluid handling

* Ideally, experience in hygienic applications such as Food & Beverage or Personal Care

* Confident in reading and creating technical drawings

* Experience in technical design and cost calculation

* Strong understanding of relevant markets and applications

* Excellent communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken

* Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for building long-term relationships

* Structured, independent working style combined with strong teamwork skills
