LOCATION AND START DATE

Position based in Suresnes.

Contract : 2 months CDD

Main Responsibilities

* Support day-to-day corporate legal operations for an international portfolio: company creations, annual accounts approvals, registered office changes, etc.

* Assist with exceptional opérations such as mergers, spin-offs, universal transfer of assets and liabilities (TUP), partial asset contributions, capital increases/reductions, equity transactions, dissolutions, liquidations, etc.

* Coordinate with external service providers (formalities agents, translators, notaries, embassies, consulates, etc.).

* Contribute to the group's digital transformation by deploying and managing an internal tool used to collaborate with legal advisors.

Profile

* Experience in corporate law, ideally within an international environment.

* Strong understanding of corporate governance processes.

* Highly organized, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities.

* Proactive, rigorous and collaborative.

* Professional English required.
