For more information, visit publicissapient.com Overview We're looking for a Product Manager to lead feature development from initial business need through release. You will own the end-to-end product process, turning opportunities into clear, actionable work for design and engineering while keeping teams aligned on business value, scope, and delivery. This role is ideal for someone comfortable working across business, product, design, engineering, and QA, who can bring structure to fast-moving work without adding bureaucracy. We're specifically looking for someone who is confident using modern AI tools to accelerate product definition, requirements, and planning - and who connects product work to measurable outcomes through analytics and performance tracking. Your Impact Act as a Product Owner and consultative partner, working with clients to understand business challenges and define product direction. Move beyond requirements gathering to: Identify value opportunities Frame problem statements Develop structured, insight-led proposals Conduct user, market, and business research to inform product strategy and recommendations. Translate AI capabilities (GenAI, automation, agentic systems) into practical, scalable product solutions. Lead product discovery and shaping activities: Vision definition Roadmap creation Prioritization based on business value Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver AI-powered products that drive measurable outcomes. Partner with senior stakeholders and clients to: Influence decision-making Align on strategy Drive adoption and value realization Ensure delivery aligns with client objectives, value metrics, and long-term impact, not just output. Qualifications Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner in consulting or digital transformation environments Strong consultative mindset, including: Problem framing Stakeholder influence Translating ambiguity into structured solutions Experience working directly with clients (not only internal stakeholders) Ability to: Conduct research (user, market, business) Build hypotheses and recommendations Present insights in a structured, compelling way Experience with AI-enabled products, such as: Generative AI use cases Automation / intelligent workflows Data-driven product capabilities Strong understanding of: Product discovery vs delivery Value-driven prioritization Agile product ownership Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with: Engineering Design Data/AI teams Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders Set Yourself Apart With Experience shaping solutions in pre-sales / proposal development Background in consulting firms, digital product studios, or AI transformation programs Ability to connect AI capabilities to business outcomes, not just features Experience building business cases or ROI/value models Strong storytelling and client-facing facilitation skills Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms or large-scale transformation programs Additional information Wellness program and employee assistance.
