Job Description:

As a Business Implementation - KYC, Agreement and Fee Set-up Officer you will:
* You'll coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth client onboarding, including AML/KYC analysis, screenings, and documentation review.
* You'll manage and complete internal databases while tracking and performing all Luxembourg regulatory filings during the onboarding phase.
* You'll prepare, organize, and facilitate the execution of service agreements, addendums, and other onboarding documents.
* You'll support the team with project work, research, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
* You'll liaise closely with your line manager and operational teams to ensure accurate handover and continuity of client service.

Qualifications:

What you will bring to the team:
* You have legal and business acumen
* You have relevant experience in the alternative investment fund industry as a strong asset, or related Luxembourg corporate experience
* You have excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
* You have a problem-solving, collaborative, client- and team-oriented approach
* You are structured and well organised with skills in coordination to get buy-in from others
* You have good inter-personal skills and a strong command of English (any other language would be an asset)
* You hold a university degree in Law or a related degree/experience
