About the role
The Sales Support Specialist acts as an extension of the sales team, with the primary objective of managing customer requirements related to existing and potential opportunities, on behalf of the Account Manager.
Key responsibilities
Salesforce Support: Management of regulatory self-service, quotations, and sample requests; follow-up and feedback; and support to the Account Manager in opportunity creation.
Coverage during travel or absences; commercial representation in cross-functional internal meetings; coordination of meetings and validation of won/lost projects.
Customer forecasting to demand planners; interaction with GIO teams; commercial contact for inquiries and NPI support; and support to MDM, ensuring data integrity.
Creation of new customers in collaboration with Customer Care and management of changes in information that impact the commercial team and/or customers.
Qualifications and skills
University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of in Sales support, supply Chain, R&D, customer care (preferred), and knowledge of the food and beverage industry (pharma and supplements desirable).
Portuguese (Intermediate) and English (desirable)
