The Position

Functional Consultant - SAP EWM/TM & Custom Solutions

We are seeking an SAP EWM/ TM Functional Consultant to join our team supporting a highly complex, customized SAP solution. This role is ideal for a consultant who thrives in technically challenging environments and is passionate about deep-dive problem-solving and continuous learning. We are looking for a consultant who is not intimidated by complexity but energized by it. This role requires someone who views a non-standard solution as an intellectual challenge rather than an obstacle, and who sees continuous learning as a core part of the job.

The Opportunity
* Provide functional consulting and support for our bespoke SAP solution with extensive custom developments
* Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize complex business processes in the supply chain and logistics space
* Collaborate with development and technical teams to understand non-standard functionality and custom implementations
* Drive system enhancements, testing, and deployment activities in a GxP context
* Deal with uncertainty and make decisions at the product level with guidance from a more senior member. Provides solutions to a broad range of difficult problems.
* Primarily interact within product teams, squads, and across the Product Line as applicable. Interacts directly with stakeholders on small to medium engagements. Communicates information, issues, and potential solutions within product teams and clearly communicates the impact of their own work in the context of business needs.
* Travel to Switzerland as needed for on-site support, workshops, and client engagement

Who you are:
* Hands-on experience with SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
* General understanding of SAP Transportation Management (TM) concepts and integration points
* Working knowledge of BOPF (Business Object Processing Framework) and its application in custom developments
* Familiarity with BGRFC (Background Remote Function Call) functionality
* Experience supporting complex, non-standard SAP solutions with custom code
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across technical and functional teams

* Willingness and demonstrated ability to learn new concepts and technologies quickly

Nice to have:
* German language skills (written and spoken)
* Experience with SAP ABAP or custom object development
* Experience in the Pharmaceutical environment following GxP guidelines
* Familiarity with change management and process improvement methodologies
* Familiarity with agile methodologies like SAFe
* Basic to intermediate level of business process domain knowledge in supply chain

Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 121,800.00 PLN-226,200.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 12% subject to both individual and company performance.
