Newly opened, Andaz Lisbon is an exciting luxury lifestyle hotel in the Portuguese capital and represents a key milestone in Hyatt's continued brand growth in Southern Europe. Andaz Lisbon is the second Hyatt-branded hotel in Lisbon.
Located in the heart of Lisbon's vibrant Baixa district, along the city's main pedestrian street, Rua Augusta, the hotel is spread across five distinct buildings, including the former headquarters of one of Portugal's major banks, Banco Português de Investimento (BPI).
The central building houses 170 guestrooms, while the four surrounding satellite buildings offer a selection of exclusive private suites. As a unique Urban Resort in the city center, Andaz Lisbon invites guests to fully immerse themselves in the local culture and experience the true essence of Lisbon.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our Team! This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the front office, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction, and leading a team of front office associates to maintain seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills, with a deep understanding of the luxury hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure all guests receive a warm, personalized welcome and an efficient check-in/check-out experience.
· Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally, always aiming for full satisfaction.
· Create memorable guest experiences through attention to detail and tailored service.
· Supervise, guide, and motivate the front office team to consistently deliver high service standards.
· Organize and deliver training sessions on guest service, hotel policies, and operational procedures.
· Foster a positive team environment that promotes collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
· Oversee daily front office operations, including reservations, arrivals, departures, and billing processes.
· Monitor room availability and manage overbooking strategies while accommodating guest requests.
· Ensure smooth shift operations, with clear task allocation and effective handovers.
· Act as the main point of contact between guests and management, ensuring special requests and VIP services are handled seamlessly.
· Manage guest feedback and complaints with professionalism, focusing on quick and effective resolution.
· Maintain clear communication with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
· Support revenue management by helping optimize room rates and maximize occupancy levels.
· Contribute to the preparation and analysis of operational reports, including occupancy and guest satisfaction.
· Maintain accurate front office records, including arrivals, departures, and billing information.
· Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and company policies and procedures

Ihr Profil:

· High school diploma required; college degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a front office or guest services role in a luxury hotel setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
· Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, or similar).
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Knowledge of luxury guest service standards and practices.
