Job Description

Working in collaboration with retail tean and under the authority of the Retail Manager, the CRM Coordinator will drive customer engagement and optimize CRM performance.

* Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring high standards of data integrity an accuracy.
* Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
* Analyze customer data to generate insights that support sales initiatives.
* Monitor CRM system performance and recommend enhancements to improves efficiency and functionality.
* Callaborate with sales and marketing teams to design targeted campaigns based on customer segmentation.Qualifications

To be success in this role, we are looking for a candidate who brings a strong client - centric mindset, excellent interpersonal skills and passion for delivering outstanding luxury experience.

* 3 + years experience in CRM department.
* Strong motivational skills
* Excellent written and spoken English, additional languages are a plus.
* Ability to handle a complex, multifaced role under preassure.Additional Information
