The team

In the Personnel Administration department, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist whose main responsibilities will include:

Your role

* Calculating and reviewing payroll and related incidents.

* Managing registrations, terminations, and changes in Social Security (SILTRA).

* Processing sick leave (IT), workplace accidents, and labor documentation.

* Administering employee data and attendance control.

* Preparing reports and reporting using advanced Excel.

* Using Epsilon Castilla software and data tools such as QLIKVIEW.

* Supporting audits and contributing to process improvement.

Requirements

Requirements:

* Education in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Administration, or similar.

* At least 2-3 years of previous experience in payroll and labor administration.

* Advanced Excel skills.

* Solid knowledge of Social Security, SILTRA, sick leave (IT), and workplace accidents (AT).

* Experience with Epsilon Castilla and data analysis tools (QLIKVIEW).

* Advanced conversational English.

* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical profile.
