Job Description:

* Support the planning, coordination, and execution of talent collaborations for our partner brands
* Identify and scout suitable talents, while supporting outreach activities and communication with talents and their management teams
* Assist with project management throughout the entire campaign lifecycle - from campaign coordination and reporting to supporting the development of actionable recommendations
* Proactively monitor social media trends, industry news, and emerging talents to identify new opportunities

Qualifications:

* Ongoing or completed studies in Fashion, PR, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* Initial experience in marketing, communications, or talent/influencer management is a plus
* A strong passion for social media, with a keen eye for trends and emerging talents
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* A creative, structured way of working combined with strong project management skills
* Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
