HR Intern

Beschreibung:

Job Responsibilities 

* Support the maintenance and accuracy of APAC HR master data, ensuring data integrity and compliance with established HR processes.

* Assist in monitoring and controlling HR data transactions to enhance data accuracy and processing timeliness.

* Generate HR reports, dashboards, and scorecards to support business and management reporting requirements.

* Perform data analysis, statistical reporting, and HRIS queries to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement

* Facilitate the onboarding process for new interns, including welcome communications, employee ID creation, and system access coordination.

* Support intern offboarding activities, ensuring timely completion of exit procedures and documentation.

* Provide administrative and operational support for HR projects, employee requests, and personnel records management.

* Other ad-hoc will be assigned from time to time including corporate comms and office services related tasks.

 

Requirements 

* Currently pursing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics or any related discipline 

* Strong analytical, research, & problem-solving skills. Ability to deal with ambiguity & formulate root cause analyses on potential issues  

* Understands data structures and able to recognize patterns within data and information; detail oriented, organized  

* Experienced in using data reporting and visualization tools, e.g. Power BI (data modeling, data expressions, data visualizations), Tableau, Visier, SQL, etc. is a plus

* Experienced in various automation platforms such as UiPath, PowerApps is a plus 

* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, able to multi-task, and maintain accurate records  

* Good communication and interpersonal skills  

* Proficient in oral and written English 

* A good team player with high level of maturity and independence
