About the RoleResponsible for overseeing end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing to offering and onboarding candidates
* Place employment advertisement, track job requisitions, prepare initial screening and perform selection interviews
* Prepare job offers and arrange for onboarding
* Maintain accurate records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process
* Engage with employment agencies as needed
