Location: Kallang Mission (About the Role) We are looking for a motivated and purpose-driven Intern to accelerate the global scaling of Schneider Electric's Decarbonization Champion Program (DCP) - a globally first-of-its-kind initiative honoured with the United Nations COP30 Award. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of sustainability, partner ecosystem engagement, and commercial transformation. You will work closely with the Global Program Owner to drive partner adoption, enhance program visibility, and support strategic initiatives that accelerate decarbonization across our ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Program Execution & Operations Support day-to-day management of the Decarbonization Champion Program Track program performance metrics (e.g., partner engagement, pipeline, certifications) Maintain program documentation, dashboards, and internal resources Assist in coordinating global and regional program activities Partner Engagement & Enablement Help prepare materials for partner outreach and enablement (presentations, toolkits, playbooks) Support organization of partner workshops, webinars, and events Conduct research on partner profiles, sustainability maturity, and market trends Content & Communications Develop internal and external communication materials (newsletters, success stories, email campaigns) Create compelling storytelling content to showcase partner impact and program value Support campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of the DCP Analysis & Insights Analyze program data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities Benchmark against industry initiatives and competitors Support preparation of executive-level reporting and insights Program Strategy Contribute to program strategy development, including: Program scaling strategies Partner incentive models Sustainability value propositions Support innovation initiatives to enhance program differentiation and market positioning What You'll Gain Hands-on experience in a global sustainability program recognized at major climate platforms (e.g., COP) Exposure to partner ecosystem strategy and decarbonization business models Opportunity to work with senior stakeholders across regions Practical experience in program management, communications, and data-driven decision making A chance to contribute to real-world climate impact initiatives What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
