Your role:

* Communication to build positive employee experiences>
* Internal communication message editing with photographs, videos to enhance communication effectiveness
* Assist new employee on/off boarding process which include social insurance enrollment/withdraw, on-boarding orientation and probation-ending interview arrangement.
* National Health Insurance report/bill quarterly submission
* Generate, compile, track and file HR related documents and reports
* PO creation and payment management
* Other HR support requested by HR Leader

* Can attend internship of 3-5 days for 6-12 months
