Reward Intern - Your future position?
In this intern position you will provide day-to-day administrative support as part of the GBS HR Rewards Solutions Team.

You will be located in Budapest, reporting to the GBS HR Compensation Solutions Manager.

You will

* Support the Rewards team in executing activities in close collaboration with and under the supervision of relevant stakeholders
* Assist in key compensation processes, including the Annual Salary Review (ASR), bonus cycles and other activities
* Contribute to the preparation and submission of global survey submissions (e.g. Mercer/Korn Ferry)
* Provide support broader Rewards activities, including mobility-related processes
* Manage basic ASKHR ticket requests and ensure resolution of those

Our requirements
* Ongoing studies in a full-time bachelor's or master's degree programme at a Hungarian university
* Fluency in English
* Strong knowledge of MS Office
* Empathy and customer-focused attitude
* Interested, enthusiastic, logical thinking
