We are currently looking for a motivated HR Generalist. In this role you will provide operational support across all areas of the Human Resources function, contributing to the effective delivery of HR services throughout the employee lifecycle. Acing as a key operational support function, your role will be crucial in ensuring that HR processes, employee administration, recruitment activities, training initiatives, and people-related projects are coordinated efficiently and accurately.RESPONSIBILITIES

HR Business Partner Support

Support HR Business Partners in the delivery of employee lifecycle activities and people-related initiatives.
Coordinate employee-related processes including onboarding, internal moves, promotions and offboarding activities.
Prepare HR documentation and employee communications as required.
Maintain employee records and HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality and compliance.
Support immigration and employment administration activities.
Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Talent Acquisition Support

Support Talent Acquisition activities throughout the whole recruitment lifecycle.
Coordinate recruitment processes and candidate-related activities to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Support hiring administration, onboarding activities and recruitment initiatives as required.
Provide operational support across recruitment processes and initiatives as required.

Learning & Development Support

Support the delivery of Learning & Development initiatives across the organisation.
Coordinate training activities, records and related documentation.
Assist with reporting, stakeholder communication and continuous improvement of learning processes.

Stakeholder Management & Team Support

Build and maintain effective working relationships with employees, managers and external partners.
Collaborate across the HR team to ensure the effective delivery of HR services.
Provide flexible support across different HR disciplines according to business priorities.
Promote a professional, proactive and service-oriented approach in all interactions.

In line with pay transparency regulations (Legislative Decree 96/2026), the minimum fixed salary for this role is the contractual minimum set by the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Metalworking Industry (Federmeccanica/Assistal) for classification level C3. We specify that the above mentioned level is a minimum threshold and does not correspond to the overall compensation package, which is determined by objective, measurable and gender-neutral criteria, being significantly higher than the contractual minimum indicated.
EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, Management Engineering or a related discipline.
*
Interest in developing a career in Human Resources across multiple disciplines. Previous internships or experience within Human Resources would be advantageous.
*
Fluent in English and Italian.
*
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
*
High attention to detail and strong sense of accountability.
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
*
Proactive, flexible and collaborative mindset, with a strong willingness to learn.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.

Availability to travel to the UK office (Milton Keynes) as required.
