Job Description & Summary

The C2C CoE team at PwC Poland supports business managers from the idea phase, through client negotiations, all the way to project completion. We organize and streamline managers' work, calculate project profitability, advise on client communications, manage documentation, and recover forgotten contracts. As an internal team at PwC, we ensure that joint efforts are fairly accounted for and that no one is left alone in the maze of systems and procedures.

We are looking for:
Administrative and Financial Specialist

Your future role:

* Ensuring the accuracy of project settlements,
* Analyzing and registering project contracts,
* Issuing invoices and corrections for clients,
* Supporting the debt collection process,
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth information flow and execution of financial processes,
* Assisting with the registration and uploading of documents on client portals.

Apply if you have:

* Experience in a financial role,
* Very good command of English (C1) and at least communicative Polish (B2),
* Proficiency in Excel,
* An analytical approach and strong attention to detail,
* Willingness to identify and implement opportunities for process automation,
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks,
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships,
* A proactive attitude - you're open-minded, independent, and initiative-driven,
* Familiarity with new technologies and AI-based tools in day-to-day work (e.g. task automation, information analysis, content preparation).

Nice to have:

* Education in Economics / Finance,
* Familiarity with SAP,
* Experience working in an international environment.
