Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and dedicated Commis de Cuisine to join our professional kitchen team.
Your Responsibilities
* Prepare mise en place for both cold and hot kitchen sections
* Assist in the preparation and production of dishes for à la carte service, banquets, and buffets
* Work across all areas of the kitchen operation
* Support product and goods quality control
* Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and quality standards
* Handle food products and kitchen equipment responsibly
* Assist Chef de Partie and senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
* Support and guide culinary apprentices when required
Candidate Requirements:
Your Profile
* Completed culinary apprenticeship or equivalent professional qualification
* Initial experience in hospitality, hotels, or restaurants is an advantage
* Passion for gastronomy and high-quality food products
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
* Team-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure
* Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset
* Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
