Your Missions
As an Analytics Proxy Product Owner, your main responsibilities will include:
* New Dashboard Creation
* Working with an Agile/SCRUM methodology.
* Rigorously writing User Stories to define KPI and chart requirements.
* Exchanging with developers on these User Stories and testing the development results.
* Exchanging with business teams to understand their needs and demonstrate development results.
* Implementing and maintaining a prioritized Backlog.
Communication Management with End-user Communities:
* Moderating and engaging data-related Teams communities (co-design, beta-testing, data lovers club).
* Creating User Guides for the dashboards.
Creating Presentable Analyses and "Talk to Data" using Snowflake Technology:
* Getting up to speed on and mastering this technology.
* Creating queries.
* Analyzing results.
* Exchanging with users to help them adopt the analyses and taking their feedback into account.
As a Project Management Officer (PMO) on Master Data projects, you will be involved in the key stages of projects through:
* Participating in all project phases (from business needs assessment to final Go-Live).
* Organizing activities among various stakeholders (Business teams, IT teams, and Global Data Governance).
* Drafting and maintaining high-quality project documentation.
Skills you will develop in this role:

* Process Mapping (translating business needs into user stories and Key Performance Indicators - KPIs)
* Data Analysis & Data Literacy (understanding data-related challenges and the ability to communicate effectively about them)
* Data Tools Management (ServiceNow, Snowflake, Power BI, TIBCO EBX)
* Community & Stakeholder Management
* Tailored Communication (regular exchanges with both technical and business stakeholders)
* Critical Thinking (analytical skills and the ability to step back to evaluate needs)
* Soft Skills: Prioritization, Collaboration & Cooperation
Your Profile
* Education: You are a Master's student (Year 4/5) from an University, an Engineering School or Business School.
* AI Interest: You have a strong interest in AI, LLMs, etc.
* Languages: You are fluent in English.
* Interest: You are interested in discovering project management in a data ecosystem.
* Soft Skills: You possess an exceptional analytical mindset and are rigorous, curious, and passionate about solving complex problems through data. Your autonomy, ability to learn quickly, and skill in communicating technical results to non-technical audiences will be major assets.
