Role PurposeThe HRIS & Benefits Administration Specialist is responsible for providing day-to-day operational support for HR systems and managing the company's benefits and wellbeing portfolio. The role combines strong technical aptitude, user-centric service delivery, and close collaboration with HR, HRIS, and HRIT teams. Key ResponsibilitiesHRIS & HR Tools SupportProvide daily support to end users of HR systems and tools, acting as a first point of contact for HRIS-related inquiriesTroubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution, including collaboration with HRIT and external vendorsWork with a ticketing system (e.g. ServiceNow) to manage incidents, requests, and system enhancements in line with SLAsSupport and actively contribute to project teams involved in the implementation of new HR tools and the development of existing HRIS solutionsParticipate in user testing, data validation, and system configuration activitiesSupport change management initiatives by creating, updating, and maintaining user guides, manuals, FAQs, and other navigation materials for HR systemsEnsure clear, user-friendly communication of system changes and enhancementsKnowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is considered a strong asset.Benefits & WellbeingCoordinate and manage the local benefits and wellbeing portfolioMonitor and analyze ROI of benefits, including employee satisfaction, utilization, and perceived usefulnessTrack market trends and best practices in benefits and wellbeing to ensure competitiveness and relevanceSupport the implementation and development of new or existing benefits, including employee communication and documentationDrive wellbeing initiatives and actively engage employees through the cafeteria / benefits platform Key Skills & CompetenciesRequiredFluent Polish, English proficiency at minimum B2 level, with the ability to work effectively in an international environmentStrong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPointTech savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and efficiently navigate new IT systems and toolsStrong systems orientation and ease in troubleshooting technology-related issuesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics in a clear and user-friendly wayStrong focus on internal customer experience, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindsetAbility to work effectively across teams and functionsPersonal AttributesDetail-oriented and well-organizedService-minded with strong ownership and accountabilityCollaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset Our offer: Stable employment based on employment contract through an external companyBenefits cafeteriaFlexibility with working hours and an option of occasional home officeTrainings, upskillingPlenty of opportunities to work with international teams (mostly with France and Czechia) Dołącz do nas i stań się częścią czegoś pięknego.
