The opportunity and responsibilities :
As a People Operations Apprentice, you'll join the (COMPANY NAME) People team on a mission to enable every team member to thrive and to rewild work.

Our aim is to develop your competencies so that you acquire all the skills and knowledge of a strong HR professional, by participating actively in the life of the People Operations department. Reporting to the Sr People Operations Partner and in collaboration with the entire People Team your main missions will be:
* Provide support on daily People Operations tasks
* Update data in HR systems
* Work with your team to ensure the local legal compliance of all our people practices
* Be the point of contact for all employees for day-to-day queries
* Manage and coordinate the onboarding process and the welcoming of newcomers to (COMPANY NAME)
* Ensure that we provide the best experience for our office-based and remote-based employees across Europe
* Coordinate day-to-day office management activities
* Actively participate in People Operations projects, and contribute to other People team projects as part of our wider People strategy

Your profile:
* You are a student in HR, and you are looking for a year-long apprenticeship.
* You are passionate about working with and for People
* You are perfectly fluent in English and French (Spanish or German are a plus!)
* You are excited by fast paced environments, but always think about what you are building long-term.
* Humility and ambition are the basis of your professional approach.
* You think structure and rigour go hand in hand with flexibility and innovation.
