We are Outpayce, and we're crafting a payments ecosystem that links travel companies to the latest travel fintech innovations, aiming to enhance the payment experience for travelers worldwide

Your day-to-day responsibilities:
* Drive the vision to establish a best in class, modern, secure, resilient and scalable platform which includes API Gateways, Big Data Platform, and various Applications
* Bring the platform vision to reality, through our current and future tech solution
* You'll be building enterprise solutions including technical designs (architecture, UX/UI etc.), implementation and management
* Full ownership and accountability for the vision, execution and ongoing management of the OutPayce FinTech Platform
* Full ownership and accountability for the design, development, implementation and ongoing management of various customer-facing interfaces across all Product Verticals
* Ownership and accountability for the data-strategy, including data structure, data capture, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

What we're seeking:
* Experience in a similar role ideally within the financial services industry
* Proven experience building and scaling SaaS solutions
* A deep understanding of platform architecture and platform mechanics
* Technical knowledge and understanding of Graphical User Interfaces, API Gateways, Database Applications etc.
* A proven ability to oversee the creation and management of multiple enterprise products or services in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, with the understanding of how to monitor KPIs, and adapt to new strategies.
* The ability to implement strategic initiatives with efficiency, and professionalism and demonstrate troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
