I wish I had known...
Nothing really.I would suggest that one should look upon it as a challenge.Like is quite cool here.OKay,one might complain about the weather here in Germany.But that can always be complemented by travelling a little bit to the South of Europe.

University of Duisburg is located in the real industrial hub of Europe.It enjoys a good reputation in the industrail houses as well.The international envirnment can not only be seen in the University but aslo in this entire part of Germany.The staff at the Uni is also very competitive.

I guess the final tip that I put down is that the wide range of international courses that are being run here at the University is a very positive move for the future to have global enviornment.It helps people in learing international cooperation and respecting regional aspirations.

I'm right now a master student in the major of East Asian Studies on University of Duisburg-Essen. The institute of East Asian Studies is one of the largest German center focusing on social science research of East Asia. I have a change to get exposure to not only the academic and professional environment in the sphere of East Asia but also the diversely multicultural society in the heart of Europe.

It's brilliant, and students are the same the world over, so there's nothing to worry about. You'll find that it's really easy to make friends, and many of the same social rules apply as at home.
