My level before: Everyday knowledge (shopping, directions, etc.)
My level after: No problems in any areas (including slang)

If you have the ability of learning foreign languages, you'll learn because the situation forces you to. If not, I suggest to have a rather high level of knowledge on the foreign language before going abroad.

We are given language courses througout the year. The best thing is to share activities with "local" students" and not to remain between Erasmus.

Fo me taht was preatty easy: I spocke French almost as a native Laguage. I spent three year in France before and part of my family lives there.
