Housing
Type of housing: private residence
Arranged by: Independently - I had no other choice
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why?

I can't say meny things about the housing service at La Sorbonne Nouvellle Paris III. When I arrived in Paris, I had to search my housing without any help from the university. They told me that hausing wasn't a service that they offered to foreign students.

Living on campus was good because you got to meet many people of all different nationalities so you had to speak French. There were many social events and a restaurant a good sporting facilities. Although it is situated on the outskirts of central Paris this is not a problem as there is a metro station directly outside.

It would be easier to meet a larger number of French-speaking students. However, finding university accommodation for 6 months is virtually impossible in Paris.

University didn't help us with the accomodation. I guess because there were too many erasmus students.

'COS I WAS SHERING A ROOM WITH TWO PEOPLE AND IT WAS REEALY EXPENSIVE, WE PAID 2.520FF EACH ONE. THE BREAKFAST AND THE DINNER WERE INCLUDED BUT ANYWAY, IT'S NOT A NORMAL PRICE FOR A ROOM FOR THREE PEOPLE WITHOUT WC OR SHOWER. BUT I DIDN'T HAVE AN OTHER CHOICE. IN GENERAL LOCATION IN PARIS IS REALY EXPENSIVE, THE BEST THING IS TO SHARE AN APPARTMENT. THE MAIN PROBLEM PROBLEM IS THAT PEOPLE DON'T WANT TO RENT HIS APPARTMENT FOR A SHORT TERM PERIOD.
