About the role
We are recruiting a trainee under the Career Conversion Programme (CCP) for Biomedical Manufacturing Executives/Professionals. This is a talent development programme aimed at building the next generation of skilled manpower for Singapore's Biopharmaceuticals manufacturing industry in anticipation of hiring demand.
This training programme is a 15 months of structured on-the-job training with Mead Johnson Nutrition. Due to the nature of the programme, we can only consider Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.

Your responsibilities
* Be a key part of our manufacturing processes by handling equipment, assembling products, and ensuring seamless production flow.
* Prioritise safety, following our guidelines conscientiously to create a secure workplace for all.
* Monitor and uphold our high standards of product quality, taking pride in every item that passes through your hands. Strict adherence to GMP, HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), Food Safety, and Food Defense.
* Monitor and execute proper functions of the process equipment including fixing equipment, Filling machines, end of line equipment and operations support.
* Operates the processing computer control system, including trouble shooting issues and monitoring while in operations.
* Assist in the creation of SOP's, checklist, and work instructions whenever required.
* Perform all secondary duties associated with the manufacturing operations and complete all necessary transactions, reports and documentation with accuracy and timeliness. (including maintaining of log-sheets and batch records)
* Perform all required cleaning as instructed (including making proper sanitary connections for all forms of cleaning).
* Perform product testing as defined in SOP and maintaining records with GDP compliance.
* Perform all assigned maintenance and cleaning activities of manufacturing equipment whenever required.
* Execute proper disassembly and assembly of various machineries in the production areas.
* Complete all necessary transactions, reports and documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
* Always maintain a clean and sanitary working environment.
The experience we're looking for
* Candidate must possess at least NITEC/ Diploma in related discipline
* Close attention to detail and experience with detailed documentation of tasks performed
* Proven ability to follow up and complete tasks in a timely manner
* Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work actively, which might include standing for long periods and managing moderate weights. - 15 to 20 kg (key requirement in order to perform the key function of the role)
* Knowledge in SAP is preferred
* 12 hours shift work (Day shift only)
* Willing to work in Tuas
* Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
