Workplace Experience Leader (m/f/d)

The Workplace Experience Leader (m/f/d) represents GBS Workplace Services locally and manages all involved subcontractors across the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) scope of service.

What this job involves

Client & Stakeholder Management
* Serve as on-site key point of contact for Facilities Soft Services
* Interact regularly with client stakeholders including HR representatives and on-site personnel
* Proactively engage end users to meet and exceed client expectations
* Ensure a professional JLL image and excellence in customer service at all times

Human Experience & Leadership
* Excel in a fast-paced environment while being detail-oriented
* Create memorable experiences for clients, the JLL team, and the account's OneTeam
* Embody JLL's Human Experience culture as an early adopter who turns problems into opportunities
* Be a proactive, empathetic leader with a positive attitude and passion for working with people

Operations & Vendor Management
* Ensure vendors deliver services on time, within budget and according to HS&E guidelines
* Manage vendor procurement in compliance with client and JLL best practices
* Act as single point of contact for contract partners
* Prepare invoices, purchase orders and accruals
* Meet financial targets and provide regular management reports

Asset, HS&E & Security Management
* Support asset audit preparation and tag new assets
* Prepare yearly HS&E audits and enforce zero tolerance for unsafe practices
* Manage local Security supplier and support annual APR audits
* Comply with all JLL and clients HS&E requirements

Innovation & Continuous Improvement
* Develop and implement improved processes that enhance service delivery and reduce costs
* Set up process documentation for initiatives and SOPs
* Exchange ideas with DACH and European counterparts
* Seek innovation and create a hospitable approach in your area of responsibility

What We're Looking For

Your Background
* You bring a degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
* You have several years of experience in facility management, workplace services, or a similar role
* You've successfully managed vendor relationships and service delivery in previous positions

Your Skills
* You enjoy building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* You communicate confidently in both English and German
* You understand procurement processes and financial management
* You're familiar with HS&E regulations and value workplace safety
* You have a natural ability to organize, prioritize, and manage projects effectively
