Join our Supply Chain and Manufacturing team.
Our Supply Chain and Manufacturing team are problem-solvers, sourcing, producing, and delivering our much-loved brands to delight customers around the globe. Over half of Diageo's 30,000+ people work in Supply Chain and Manufacturing.

It's an intricate and sophisticated operation that's the product of logistical, manufacturing, and technical collaborations. We are proud to be a global leader in beverage alcohol with an exceptional portfolio of brands, including Guinness, Johnnie Walker, Baileys, Smirnoff, Tanqueray, and many more.

A forward-thinking EUR200 million investment is bringing an innovative, carbon-neutral brewery to life in Newbridge, Co. Kildare, set to open in 2026. This best-in-class facility will be Ireland's second-largest brewing operation and a powerhouse of sustainability, running entirely on renewable energy. It's where iconic beers like Rockshore, Harp, Smithwick's, and Kilkenny will be crafted for a new generation.

About the Role
We're on the lookout for Lab Quality Analysts (QA), detail-orientated professionals who are passionate about delivering outstanding product quality. In this hands-on role, you'll work closely with our operations and maintenance teams to carry out testing and analysis of beer and water samples, to help maintain our high standards across safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
What you'll do:
* Conduct analytical, microbial and sensory testing for quality control. This includes chemicals, raw materials and ingredients in addition to co-products, by-products and of course, for our beer.
* Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and prepare microbiological media and equipment in line with best practice.
* Interpret test results and work closely with production teams to proactively identify and address quality concerns.
* Contribute to the site's compliance with FSSC 22000, ISO 9000, and FEMAS standards, supporting audits and certification processes.
* Promote a culture of safety, raising concerns and taking action where necessary.
* Troubleshoot lab equipment issues and call out problems when needed.

You'll work across multiple lab areas including analytical, water, and microbiological testing with opportunities for upskilling. We have a mixture of day, and rotational shift opportunities designed to grow your expertise and impact across our quality operations.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-standards environment and want to be part of a team that plays a meaningful role in brewing excellence, apply now and help us define first-rate quality standards.

About you
We're looking for a motivated, technically skilled professional who flourishes with collaboration and isn't afraid to challenge the norm. You'll be someone who's always looking for smarter, more efficient ways of working, is passionate about learning & development and is ready to help shape outstanding operational practices in a high-performing team.

What you'll bring to the role:
* A third-level degree in a science-related field or a relevant diploma with hands-on experience in a similar environment
* Industrial experience in a compliance focused business, e.g. pharma, food or beverage. Whilst experience is important, it's your problem-solving approach and passion for excellence that really counts.
* Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities, with the confidence to make sound decisions and effectively prioritise.
* First-class communication and interpersonal skills, with a continuous improvement approach.

If you're passionate about quality, ready to lead change, and are excited to be part of an innovative team driving the future of brewing, this may be your opportunity.
