We are currently recruiting for an exciting new opportunity to join our Irish based AXA Global Healthcare team as a Credit Control Assistant! In this role, you will be responsible for the Credit control tasks for the finance function, such as - invoicing, reconciliation and query resolution. On a day-to-day basis you will also be involved in the premium collections for EU business within AXA Global Healthcare. You'll work majority of your week away from home. Away from home means either attendance at one of our head office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. Working Hours & Shift Pattern: In this role you can expect to work from home two days of the week, and work with your team in the office three days per week. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. What you'll be doing: This role sits within the Finance function of the AXA Global Healthcare (EU) office and is responsible for selling Global Healthcare Insurance policies via the broker and intermediary networks. Prompt and accurate allocation of payments received. Investigate AGH EU (internal and external) customer and broker queries in a timely manner to support early resolution and debt settlement. Controlling and reporting on debt levels. Actively chase overdue premium debt, ensuring weekly and monthly collection targets are met. Previous office experience preferably within an Operational Finance or Customer Service office environment. Proven experience of working in a financial administration function. Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal skills, with effective communication skills. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in Ireland and/or the United Kingdom.
