What can you expect:
Marsh Ireland is seeking a highly organized and proactive Board Governance Administrator to provide comprehensive support to the Irish Company Secretariat team which sits within the high-performing Legal, Compliance and Public Affairs team. Working within a small team, this role is performance-driven, requiring the management of high-volume administrative tasks within strict timeframes.

This is a career administrative role, and we are specifically looking for an individual with strong administrative skills, who has or is willing to develop their knowledge around Board Governance. This position is not suitable for an Assistant Company Secretary or a candidate seeking a pathway to qualify as a Company Secretary.

We will rely on you for:
Board & Committee coordination
* Ownership of the annual meeting cycles scheduling across the entities the Group Company Secretary acts for.
* Operating as a point of contact for Directors (Internal & External).
* Ensuring all logistics (catering/parking/IT) are in place for each meeting.

Board Portal Support
* Provide administrative support for the Irish entities across Diligent.
* Build, collate, and publish high-quality board packs, ensuring materials are accessible to Directors within agreed timeframes.
* Support user access for Directors and executives.

General Administrative Support
* Shared Mailbox Support: Manage the Irish Company Secretariat shared mailbox.
* Ensure all incoming requests are assigned to the correct team member and tracked through to completion.
* Document Execution Support: Coordinate the end-to-end execution process for corporate documents.
* Statutory Filings & Compliance: Provide support for the maintenance of statutory registers and ensure all filings with relevant regulatory bodies are submitted within agreed timeframes.
* Project & Process Support: Provide support for departmental projects aimed at improving operational efficiency.
* Assist in the building out and documentation of internal team processes and standard operating procedures.
* Support the annual work mapping exercise to ensure all recurring governance milestones are captured and tracked for the year ahead for each entity.
* General Administrative support for the Group Company Secretary.

What you will need to have:
* Experience in an administrative support role.
* Previous experience working in a Company Secretariat team desirable but not essential, candidates with other industry backgrounds will be considered.
* Software Proficiencies: Microsoft Office skills, Diligent Board books or similar an advantage.
* Process Mindset: Proven ability to follow and document strict workflows and organizational protocols without deviation.
