About Us:
We are a team of high-level experts dedicated to the assessment and selection of gas analyzers for diverse processes and industrial applications. Our work ensures that customer needs are accurately translated into technical solutions, supporting both safety and compliance requirements within process industries.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineering Analyst to support our pre-evaluation and selection process for gas analyzers. You will work with incoming specification documents (from emails or formal customer specs), extract and structure the required information, and ensure all details are correctly entered into our technical questionnaires. Over time, you'll develop the intuition to identify hidden challenges, potential issues, or "no bid" criteria that may affect project feasibility.
Core Responsibilities:
* Review and analyze customer specification documents and technical emails.
* Identify and extract relevant data for gas analyzer selection.
* Accurately complete our standardized questionnaire with the gathered information.
* Communicate directly with customers for clarification when needed (in English).
* Collaborate with our expert team, sharing insights or potential risks found in the specs.
* Apply your chemical/process engineering understanding to help flag possible installation or process issues.
* Support a culture of team play, learning, and autonomous work.
Your Profile:
* Education: Degree in process engineering, chemistry, or comparable qualification.
* Alternatively, meaningful experience in process or gas analysis environments is also welcome.
* Background: Familiarity with process engineering, gas measurement, chemical customers, emission monitoring, or safety measurement of gases.
* Recent university graduates or candidates with practical experience (without academic degree) are encouraged to apply.
* Strong analytical skills-comfortable handling technical documents.
* Structured and careful approach to extracting and organizing relevant information.
* Ability to "read between the lines" for potential project pitfalls or special requirements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (German considered a plus).
* Team spirit and willingness to learn are a must.
* The position is hybrid, with occasional travel to Germany (mainly for onboarding/training).
What We Offer:
* Opportunity to grow: Develop over time into an expert role and maintain a steady, valued operational position within the team.
* Learning culture: Support and guidance from seasoned experts, with room for autonomous work and development.
* International exposure: Work with customers globally, in English (and, if possible, German).
* Clear impact: Your work will be critical in assembling the technical foundation for key customer projects.
If you're ready to join a collaborative team, help bridge customer requirements with technical excellence, and learn from some of the best in the field, we'd love to hear from you!
We value your unique identity and perspective, recognizing that our strength comes from the diverse backgrounds, experiences, and thoughts of our team members.
