HR Generalist Intern

Beschreibung:

For the Central Team of Generali Global Corporate & Commercial (GC&C), we are looking for an HR Generalist Intern in Milan to join the GC&C People & Organization team.

Main activities:
* Supporting the recruitment process: full life cycle of recruitment process from the identification of the staffing needs to sourcing, screening and selecting the candidates (including admin task and check)
* Supporting in preparing presentations and reports about HR processes, HR initiatives and special projects
* Supporting the reward & organization process for Central population from Top management to the entire workforce
* Supporting in the training process and in projects related to the D&I topic
* Supporting in workforce planning activities for the entire GC&C perimeter

Ihr Profil:

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
* Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics, Human Resources, Business Management or related areas
* Previous project/ internship experiences in a related field during university studies are a plus
* Fluency in English, other languages are a plus
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package, especially Excel and Powerpoint
* Highly collaborative style & willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teams
* Analytical skills and accuracy
