* Welcome guests and manage check-ins and check-outs in line with hotel quality standards.
* Handle guest requests and inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction at all times.
* Assist in managing and updating reservations using the Property Management System (PMS).
* Support the resolution of incidents and contribute to an excellent guest experience.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and memorable stay for our guests.
* Perform front desk administrative tasks, including correspondence management and daily reports.🎓 Requirements:
* Current student or recent graduate in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
* Advanced level of Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).
* Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and customer-oriented mindset.
* Basic knowledge of hotel management systems and computer tools such as Excel.
