What you will be doing
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Services and Sales as a Operations Support intern onside in Prague office for 8 weeks. This entry-level position is ideal for a student who's eager to start their career in the software industry and gain experience in Operations, Resource Management and Project Management topics.
You'll play a key role in supporting the Support Services and Sales team by managing different tasks.

What you will bring
Required:

* Student specializing in economics, business school or similar
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately.
* Comfort working with structured processes and multiple systems simultaneously.
* Solid proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic understanding of CRM/ERP systems.
* Ability to learn new tools quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred:

* Internship or coursework experience in a business operations, data, or administrative support role.
* Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) or SAP.
* Interest in sales operations or customer lifecycle management in the software industry.
