A Day in the Life As a Junior Supply Chain Associate, you will be a key player in our Operations team, contributing to the journey of our products from creation to consumer. This 12-month opportunity in Clark, NJ is your chance to solve complex challenges, collaborate with world-class teams, and gain foundational knowledge in the beauty industry. You will be at the heart of our dynamic value chain, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Planning & Inventory Management: Assist with supply planning, manage inventory levels, and coordinate with assembly teams to ensure product availability.
Order & Service Excellence: Oversee aspects of the order management process and conduct root cause analysis to continuously improve our service levels.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in and lead projects aimed at optimizing our supply chain processes and improving ways of working through new tools and technologies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to support shared goals and contribute to special projects, gaining exposure to the broader business.
