Junior Staffing and Operations Generalist

Job Description:

Key responsibilities
* Support of end-to-end staffing and operations administration, reporting to the Global Prokura Staffing Manager
* Business planning support, incl. monthly revenue forecasts and maintenance of leads and proposals in SAP
Coordination and administration of engagements (job codes, revenue recognition, per diems) in close collaboration with Finance and Legal
* Capacity management support: tracking and reporting, data input for holidays and timesheets, consultant CV maintenance
* Realization management support, incl. analysis and reporting on utilization, realization, pipeline changes, rates discrepancies and WIP
* Handling of ad-hoc analyses and queries from key stakeholders
* Day-to-day operational support: ticket management with global shared services, data maintenance, non-billable code requests
* Support of project governance activities (midterm reviews, debrief meetings, documentation)
* Contribution to continuous improvement of staffing and operations processes and adoption of new global tools
Who you are
* Undergraduate degree
* First experience or strong interest in staffing, operations, finance or business analytics
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to run accurate analyses and reports
* Solid business and financial understanding
* Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage
* Fluent in English
* Proactive, self-driven team player with strong interpersonal skills and a fast learning ability
