Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The purpose of this role is to execute the logistics & physical distribution operations of products (concentrate)
Assurance the correct sales order and invoice in every product delivery according to customer orders. Provide world class service level to customers.
Support to Finance in the financial month & closing process, assurance the correct close of the sales order and invoice process.

Your Impact

As LD&T Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of:
* Record, invoice, and report to finance & Customer Services outputs of materials to the bottler.
* Protect the confidentiality of prices and sales.
* Execute order fulfilment processes with bottlers, from order capture to delivery
* Keep the information really reliable sales in the system SAP and Invoicing process.
* Receiving, counting and process requirements in SAP to bottlers
* Sales, distribution & invoicing Shipments of finished product according to the policies of Pepsi Cola Mexicana S. of R.L. de CV
* Plan and coordinate execution of logistics and physical distribution of products
* Generate and Control of credit notes and invoices every month
* Work with Warehouse Department in the coordination of delivery and loading activities
* Meet all internal and external compliance responsibilities including GCS and AIBI
Qualifications

* Career Tech / High School Completed / University career
Experience
* Experience in system SAP. Esker.
* Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) Power BI, teams, zoom etc.
* Responsibility and commitment.
* Problem resolution, communication skills
* Flexibility, teamwork
* Pro activity
* Time management
* Preferably have intermediate level of English
